Nights Away Notifications

Nights Away Notification (NAN): So that we can ensure that we are delivering safe Scouting, all Nights Away activities in the Southampton City Scout District need to be approved by our Deputy District Commissioner Programme. 

• Please complete this form at least 14 days before your event with all the information about your event to be checked over.

Warning: Any NAN forms submitted before 7 days of the event can not be approved. Sorry.
